Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
Typical delivery estimates are:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Synexis Research reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders to locations where shipment is prohibited by law.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and an order has already shipped, Synexis Research cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the package.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
When reporting damaged shipments, please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the damaged product(s)
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
Delayed Deliveries
Synexis Research is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Natural disasters
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select destinations.
Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, and compliance with local laws.
Synexis Research is not responsible for packages delayed, refused, or seized by customs authorities.
