Return & Refund Policy

At Synexis Research, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the specialized nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

For quality assurance and safety reasons, research peptides, laboratory chemicals, bacteriostatic water, and all consumable products are non-returnable once they have been shipped.

We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or stored outside of our controlled distribution process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product(s)
• Photos of the shipping packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your tracking information indicates your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier are generally not eligible for refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Synexis Research are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, therapeutic purposes, diagnosis, treatment, or consumption.
